MARIUSZ WOLNY is a conceptual artist whose practice moves between sculpture, installation and cross-disciplinary experimentation. His works often begin with familiar objects, situations or symbols, brought together in carefully constructed relationships that set their established meanings against one another. Paradox and material transformation allow these contradictions to remain unresolved within a single work.

Wolny’s work focuses on the point at which what appears self-evident becomes unstable, revealing the conventions and systems of value that sustain it. The medium is never fixed in advance, but emerges from the logic of each project, ranging from sculptural objects and installations to participatory works, moving image and interventions in public space.
